Landing Page, Website, and Funnel Builders
Elementor Pro (for WordPress)
The site you’re on right now was built with Elementor Pro. It’s one of the best and most comprehensive page builders. With over 4+ MILLION users, it never ceases to amaze me and my team. If you’re using WordPress, get Elementor Pro today!
The most flexible landing page builder around, hands down. It’s built with designers in mind. You could call it the Photoshop of page builders. For real. It also has some incredible advertising features that can’t be found anywhere.
I’ve used Leadpages on client projects before and I just heard that they’ve made some SERIOUS advancements in their page builder, in addition to adding the ability to create full websites! So I’m adding it to the list here. Definitely worth checking out.
Email & Marketing Automation Providers
Two words come to mind when I think about ConvertKit – elegance and simplicity. It’s well-designed, easy to use, and just makes sense. If you’ve ever been overwhelmed by email marketing tools, try this instead! Thank me later. 🙂
At first I thought this tool wasn’t serious. Boy was I wrong. It’s more powerful than ConvertKit, more aesthetically appealing than ActiveCampaign, and very affordable. You can even create websites, landing pages, and automations!
We run on ActiveCampaign (as do many of our clients). It’s a real marketing automation tool, and quite affordable (for what it does). If you think your business needs more automation power, don’t be afraid to switch. Highly recommended.

Online Course & Membership Platforms
This platform is amazing! It’s really easy to use too. If you’re looking to launch an online course or membership, and are frustrated by the inelegance or difficulty of some of the platforms out there, definitely check out Podia!
Say hello to Kajabi again! Kajabi is not only great for all the other things it’s appeared in on this page, but it also does online courses and memberships really well. Get a free trial!
I bet you haven’t heard about Teachery! (Not to be confused with Teachable). It’s a nice little platform. Very easy to use and very elegant. It’s definitely a “creators” platform. Check it out!
Online Course & Membership Platforms
I personally think Mighty Networks is better, but Tribe is definitely a runner up. You might like it better though, so it’s worth checking out. They’re very responsive to customer feedback and make updates all the time, so that’s a plus.
Yep, Kajabi has a “Community” feature too! Kajabi truly is the All-In-One Online Business Platform: online courses, email marketing campaigns and automation, landing pages, community, and more.
This is one of the best community platforms there is. It’s very much like a forum, but the features and elegant design take it all to a whole ‘nother level! If you’re building a membership or course, you should definitely check this out.
O..M..G.. For real. You have to check this platform out! They have a free trial. I had no idea it had this much power. It’s community-focused, but it does online courses as well! It’s SUPER ELEGANT and their mobile-app is incredible too.
This is my all-time favorite webinar platform. LOVE IT. By now you know I’m a huge fan of elegance and simplicity, and they nailed it! They also have incredible integrations with all kinds of interesting “triggers” and “actions”. Check it out!
Despite all the issues Zoom has been criticized for lately, it’s still the industry leader when it comes to online meetings and video conferencing. They also do webinars quite nicely too. Zoom is a no-brainer tool to have.
Tracking & Metrics
Improve the ROI of your marketing funnels. Get 100% clarity on where your leads come from and how they act. SegMetrics will help you get a handle on the KPIs that matter most for your marketing funnels.
If you’re looking for a way to keep track of all your links, look no further! ClickMagic is an AMAZING link tracking tool that I’ve used for years. You can use your own domain (or subdomain) and track and optimize all your marketing with it.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & Keyword Research
Keyword research is a MUST for any business. If you’re serious about tapping into the minds and thoughts of your audience, you should be doing copious amounts of keyword research. It will help get your content found organically too.
This tool is INCREDIBLE. It’s not cheap, but it’s verrrrry worth it if you’re serious about SEO (search engine optimization). Their training is some of the best training I have EVER seen on the Internet. No joke. Definitely check Ahrefs out.
Project Management & Team Collaboration
My team and I have tried EVERYTHING (and I almost mean that literally). ClickUp is one of the best. That said, it can be a bit overwhelming and chaotic, especially if you don't know exactly what you need and why. Worth checking out though.
If used correctly, Slack can be amazing. We hate email, and most project management tools don’t do “conversations” and “chat” very well (apart from Basecamp, they nailed it!). If you want a calmer take on Slack, definitely check out Twist. And if you want an all-in-one, go with Basecamp. :)
Customer Support & Helpdesk Software
We’ve been using Help Scout for a few years now and love it! It’s very user-friendly and elegant, and provides a seamless support experience for your customers. The “saved replies” and “help docs” features save a lot of time.
Accounting & Payment Processors
Stripe is the best payment processor out there. So intuitive and easy to use, and very reliable. My clients and I have been using it for years and years. Although it’s not available in all countries, it’s definitely worth signing up for. And it’s free!
There are a ton of accounting tools out there but nothing is more “industry standard” than QuickBooks. I use the online version in my business and love it. It’s never too early to get more organized (and you’re taxes will be a breeze).
